Service areas

Everywhere the studio drives.

There is no shop to drop your car at. Zachariah loads his equipment in Mississauga and drives to wherever the car is parked. The work happens in your driveway, your condo garage or your office lot while you are inside doing something else — the car stays on your property and you do not need to arrange a ride home or clear your afternoon around a pickup.

This page covers where he goes, how far that is, and what the drive means for getting a slot near you.

Also on the route

Ten more cities, one drive each.

These ten are on the regular route and have no page of their own yet. They get the identical visit and the identical quote process. What changes between them is the drive to get there and where each car tends to be parked, so that is what is written below.

West, along the QEW and the 401

Burlington

Past Oakville on the QEW, which means a Burlington job usually rides along with an Oakville one. Driveways here run long and private, so there is generally no building to clear the visit with.

Milton

Out the 401 west, or the 407 if the afternoon has gone bad. Much of Milton is new subdivision, so driveways are narrow and townhouse visitor spots fill early. Say in the quote notes which one you have.

Toronto's own ends

North York

Up the 427 to the 401, or across the 407 on a workday. Willowdale and Bayview driveways, plus the Yonge high-rise garages where the ceiling height decides where the car gets parked for the visit.

Scarborough

Straight out the 401 east. A lot of postwar streets with private driveways and room to move around the car, which makes it one of the easier stops to slot in.

North, up the 400 and the 404

Richmond Hill

The 407 across, then the 404 or Yonge. Wide driveways through the newer subdivisions, and condo garages along Yonge where the assigned spot is the whole working area. It usually books alongside a Markham or Vaughan job.

Newmarket

The far end of the 404 run and the longest drive on the board. Parking is not the problem here. The wait is, and it is shortest when something else is already booked north that week.

East, along the 401

Pickering

First stop on the eastern run, just past Scarborough. Driveways for the most part, with visitor parking near the GO station end.

Ajax

Ten minutes further east, and almost always booked next to a Pickering or Whitby job, because one Ajax car on its own is a long drive for a single visit.

Whitby

Brooklin and the older streets south of Dundas, where the driveways are wide enough that nothing has to be moved before the work starts. A comfortable stop in a week that already leans east.

Oshawa

The end of the eastern run. Parking is the easy part, especially on the newer streets north of Taunton; the wait is the honest issue, and an Oshawa job lands easiest when the route already runs out past Ajax.

Close by but not on this list? Ask on the quote form anyway.

SoloSpa has no shop. The map is the area Zachariah drives to, centred on Mississauga — the job happens in your driveway, your garage or your office lot.

Travel range

How far does Zachariah travel?

The confirmed range is the Greater Toronto Area — the cities listed above are all on the regular route. Beyond that, the honest answer is: it depends on what is already booked that week.

Zachariah plans each week around minimizing dead drive time. A job in Ajax on a Thursday is easier to fit if there is already something booked in Pickering or Whitby nearby. A one-off job an hour past the named cities is harder to fit into a normal week without a gap that does not make sense for either side.

If your city is not on the list, send the quote form anyway and say where you are. He will tell you whether the timing works, and if not, when it might.

What arrives

The same visit at every stop.

Where the car is parked changes the logistics. It does not change the work, the process or the person doing it.

Scheduling

What scheduling looks like from your end

You send the car details and your city. He comes back with a quote and the first date he can be in your area. That date carries a time window and a parking spot with it — all agreed before anything is confirmed.

The booking is not transferable to another driver or rescheduled to a different area without talking to you first. There is no dispatcher in between, so if something moves on his end you hear it from him rather than from an automated notice.

Slots in the named cities fill from the edges of the map inward — Mississauga and the cities immediately around it are almost always the quickest to book because the drive is shortest and jobs there cluster well. Cities at the outer edge of the range, like Oshawa or Newmarket, tend to have a slightly longer wait depending on what else is already booked in that direction.

Coverage questions

Questions about coverage.

My city is on the list but has no page. Is it still served?

Yes. A page only means that city has enough to say to fill one. Every city named here is on the route, and the quote form treats them all the same way.

What if I am just outside the GTA?

Send it through. The named cities are confirmed coverage; anything beyond them is a scheduling question rather than a flat no. Zachariah checks the week's route against where you are and gives you a straight answer about whether a slot is practical. He does not quote work he cannot fit into the week properly.

Does the price change depending on which city I am in?

There is no price list to change. Zachariah looks the car over at no charge and gives one firm number after that, and the drive from Mississauga is not what that number is built on — the state of the car is.

Do I need a garage or a driveway?

No. A driveway, a condo garage, a visitor spot or an office lot all work. What the visit needs is the car and the space around it for the time it takes. If the building has rules about detailing on site, say so in the quote notes.

Send the car and the city it is parked in. Zachariah answers these himself.
