Zachariah owns SoloSpa. He looks at your car, gives you one number, and is there in the driveway when the work happens.
Zachariah answers the phone, replies to the quote form, drives to the car and works on it. Some days that is him on his own, some days one other person works alongside him. Either way nobody is dispatched to you out of a pool of technicians you have never spoken to, which is the reason the business is shaped this way: the person who promised the price is standing there while the work happens.
He works out of Mississauga and drives across the Greater Toronto Area. There is no shop and no address to visit — the work happens in your driveway, your condo garage or your office lot, wherever the car already is.
How he quotes
He looks at the car first, for free, and then gives one firm number. That is the reason there is no price list anywhere on this site: a compact car someone keeps clean and a family SUV after four winters are different jobs, and a number written before anyone has seen the car is either a guess or an opening bid. The figure he gives you is the figure you pay.
The same habit shows up in what he turns down. On a car that needs a genuine multi-year ceramic coating he will point you at a dedicated coating installer rather than sell you the sealant he applies. Under a hood he tells you what he will and will not touch on that particular engine bay before he starts. Saying no to part of a job is cheaper than doing it badly, and he is the one who has to come back.
