Where in Etobicoke

Etobicoke is not one parking situation. It is two, and they sit about fifteen minutes apart.
South of the Queensway the lakeshore strip is condo towers and old narrow lots. North of Bloor it is detached houses with driveways long enough that nothing needs moving. Both are covered. Which one you are in decides what gets arranged before the day, so say where the car actually sits when you ask.
The commute leaves a mark

How an Etobicoke visit goes
Four setups, one process.
A P1 spot under a Park Lawn tower, a shared drive in Long Branch, a Kingsway frontage with room to spare, and a wide Rexdale driveway are four different starting points before anyone touches the car. The work does not change between them. The access does.
Humber Bay Shores and the Park Lawn towers
An assigned spot underground, reached down a ramp with a clearance bar over it. That is the setup with the most to arrange, because the building decides what is allowed on its P1 and not everyone allows this. Ask your property manager, then tell Zachariah what they said. If the answer is no, some residents book the car up at street level instead — worth asking about before the day.
The Kingsway, Sunnylea and Thorncrest Village
Private driveways, mature lots, and enough room to walk a full circle around the car. The simplest version of the visit. Nothing needs arranging beyond leaving the car out rather than boxed into the garage behind a second one.
Mimico, New Toronto and Long Branch
The old lakeshore streets, laid out when one car per house was the assumption. Frontages are narrow, some houses share a drive with the neighbour, and sometimes the street is the only place with room to work around the car. All of that is workable. It goes better when it is in the quote notes rather than discovered at the door.
Islington, Markland Wood, Rexdale and what your spot has
North of Bloor the driveways get wide again, and around the 427 and Highway 27 they are wide enough that nothing has to be moved first. What decides the rest is the spot itself: outdoor tap, garage outlet, or neither. All three are normal answers. Say which one you have when you ask for the quote, because it changes what gets loaded before he leaves.
None of it changes the job. The same inspection and the same steps happen on a New Toronto street as in a Markland Wood driveway. What it changes is what gets loaded and how the visit is set up. Tell him where the car sits.

Questions about Etobicoke coverage.
Etobicoke is part of Toronto. Why is there a page for it?
Because the parking is not the same conversation. A tower garage off Park Lawn and a Kingsway driveway need different things arranged before the visit, and lumping them under one city name loses that. Coverage is identical either way — the Toronto page is the general version if that is what you are after.
Which parts of Etobicoke do you cover?
All of it, including the quieter pockets — Alderwood, Sunnylea, Princess-Rosethorn, Thorncrest Village, The Queensway, Richview and Eringate. Where you are decides the planning, not whether Zachariah comes.
Can you detail the car in my condo's underground garage?
Often, but the building decides that, not us. Check with your property manager first and pass on whatever they tell you. Zachariah works to the building's answer. A low clearance bar on the ramp is worth mentioning too, since it decides whether he can get down there at all.
The car lives on the Gardiner all winter. Is that fixable?
Mostly. Salt spray sits on the paint and brine gets tracked into the carpets, and the two come off differently. My Mimico frontage is narrow. Is that a problem?
Usually not. He needs room to walk around the car and open the doors, not a bay. On a shared or single-width drive, moving the other car onto the street the night before is normally all it takes. Put it in the quote notes and he arrives planning for it.
Does the car have to be outside?
No. A garage with the door open and space to walk around the car is a good place to be in February. What does not work is a car wedged between shelving and a second vehicle, because all four sides have to be reachable. If the garage is full, the driveway is the better call.
How is the price worked out?
There is no price list, because the same package on two different cars is not the same amount of work. Zachariah looks the car over with you first at no charge, points out what will come out and what will not, and gives you one number for the work you agree on.
