The VMC towers and the Highway 7 corridor
A numbered spot on P1 or P2, a ceiling that decides how much room there is over the roof, and a concierge who wants to know who is working in the building. Buildings differ on whether they allow this at all, so ask your property manager first, then put the answer and your spot number in the quote notes. Maple, Vellore Village and Concord
Newer streets with short driveways, and a lot of townhouse parking that is a visitor bay rather than your own spot. Those fill up in the evening and some of them have to be booked. Water and power, worth checking before the day
An outdoor tap and a working outlet are not a given, and a numbered spot under a Highway 7 tower is a different answer from a Kleinburg garage. Have a look and say what is actually there, including neither, which is a normal answer. It changes what gets loaded before the drive up, and that is a decision made in Mississauga rather than in your parking garage.

Can you detail a car in a Vaughan condo garage?
